We recently had our AC stop working...while we were out of town. We found Greiber through the Carrier website as an authorized service provider. Devon Greiber himself returned our call immediately and gave us a strong sense of trustworthiness. He went to our house and we were able to remotely let him in. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit (new furnace blower motor) in 24 hours. His cost was below another bid we received from a much larger Madison company that has a very good reputation but took days to respond to us. Overall, Greiber provided outstanding service at a very fair cost. I would definitely recommend Greiber and we will be using them again in the future for maintenance and repairs.
